5. Promoting Equality and Diversity
  • We will provide clear and accessible information about our dance classes, workshops, and events, ensuring they are open to all.
  • We will regularly review our practices and procedures to ensure they are fair and do not discriminate, intentionally or unintentionally.
  • We will provide training for all staff and volunteers on equality, diversity, and inclusion.
6. Addressing Discrimination
  • Any form of discrimination, harassment, or victimization will be treated as a serious matter and addressed promptly.
  • We will investigate all complaints of discrimination, harassment, or victimization in accordance with our complaints procedure.
  • We will take appropriate action to prevent recurrence, which may include disciplinary action against those found to be responsible.
7. Monitoring and Review
  • We will monitor the effectiveness of this policy and review it regularly to ensure it meets our objectives and reflects best practices and legal requirements.
  • Feedback from students, staff, volunteers, and the wider community will be actively sought and considered during reviews.
8. Complaints
  • Anyone who believes they have been treated in a way that conflicts with the principles of this policy is encouraged to raise their concerns with us. We will take all complaints seriously and handle them in a sensitive and confidential manner.

We're delighted to invite everyone to our "Vacation Vibes" two-day dance workshop at Everest Community College, Basingstoke, scheduled for August 5th & 6th from 10 AM to 4 PM. 🎭👯‍♂️
This event is perfectly suited for children aged 5 to late teens, and is open to both Lynden members and non-members alike. No prior dance experience? No worries! It’s an excellent opportunity for your child to explore the world of dance, make new friends, and gain confidence through performance. 🌟
